- Bedlam Among the Bedpans: Humor in Nursing by Amy Y. Young – Get the book if only for the humorous title! Another book with selected stories designed to make you laugh and see the funnier side of nursing.
- Miss Pinkerton by Mary Roberts Rinehart – Looking for a mystery series that makes the heroine a sleuth and a nurse? Check out the Hilda Adams Mystery series.
