When renting with us, you can stay for a month or for a longer-term rental (such as six months or so) if desired. Rentals are paid month-to-month for your convenience.

Our rentals are fully furnished so you can move in quickly and get busy networking and assessing your new temporary work assignment. Please see our list for some ideas for what to bring when packing for your trip. Note that this is only a short list, so please make this your own list and customize to suit your specific needs.
- Obviously, your laptop, charging cord and external hard drive if you use one.
- Subscription to a Virtual Private Network (VPN). It never hurts to boost security and that includes your digital identity…particularly when you’re doing business on the road.
- Any notebooks or reference materials you need to do your job.
- Clothing, of course! Don’t forget comfy clothes for relaxing and enjoying weekends in beautiful Shreveport. And work-appropriate attire as well, including shoes for work and play.
- Toiletries, although you can buy more when arriving in town.
- If you’re a pet owner, bring him or her along. Please let our owner, Debi, know if you’re going to have a dog / cat with you.
- Vehicle and basic car maintenance tools / emergency kit.

While SBCH cannot guarantee your safety, we do take necessary precautions such as having a security system installed in each condo. In addition, systems are serviced by a leading local security provider to ensure they are in working order.
