It may be only early spring, but you might want to get that air conditioner running in your rental! Why? Did you know that the air conditioner can help to dry out humid air and may serve as a cleaner to indoor air?! Be sure to keep any windows closed to reduce outdoor contamination…even if it’s tempting to enjoy any early morning breezes!

You’ll also want to wash clothing, bed linens and towels frequently. Thankfully, our short term rentals feature an in-unit washer and dryer, so you can do laundry as often as needed!

When entering your condo for rent, take off shoes and keep them by the door. If it helps, get yourself a cute shoe organizer! This is just one way to separate your indoor / outdoor worlds.

Run the vacuum in your rental often! Here at Shreveport Bossier Corporate Housing, we make sure that our condos have a vacuum cleaner and mop so you can keep your floors sparkling clean. We also offer free bi-weekly cleaning services for your convenience. Take advantage of this benefit and get someone’s help to dust and sweep in your place.

We love our pet owners and many of our rentals are pet friendly! However, if you struggle with pet allergens, we understand. Some of our rentals are designated for tenants without pets, so you can rest easy when you rent with us.

Run the air purifier in your bedroom area! Debi owns each of her rentals and wants to make sure her tenants are well cared for. Each condo features an air purifier in the bedroom, so you can use that device to help purify the air even further…especially while you sleep!

Of course, please keep in mind that we recommend consulting your doctor for any medical advice.
